Twitter adds a new version of Dark Mode for OLED screens

Today Twitter announced the new version of Dark Mode with a proper black background instead of blue-gray for iOS called “Lights Out”.

To enable this feature, go to the Twitter app's "Settings and privacy." On the general section choose "Display and sound", click "Dark Mode" option, then choose "Lights out".

Switching to Dark Mode not only rest your eyes from bright light when using your phone for long periods, but also help to extend your battery life. Currently Twitter users have three themes: Dim, Lights Out and Dark Mode.

At the moment we don't know if this new feature will be available on the Android version of the Twitter app.
